2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available in the rare case that you receive a defective item due to an issue on our end. If you believe the product you received is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
• Provide an unboxing video starting from the moment you open the package, clearly showing any defect.
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for an exchange or any compensation. If an unboxing video is not provided, you will not be eligible for an exchange or any refund/compensation.
