2. Returns Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please be sure of your purchase before completing your transaction.
3. Exchange Policy
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we offer an exchange option. To be eligible for an exchange:
• You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• We will inspect the product to verify the defect. If confirmed, we will issue an exchange for the same product or a similar one if the original is unavailable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Fashion Majesty takes care to ensure prompt delivery. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processes. We are not responsible for any such delays.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept various secure payment methods. Fashion Majesty does not store any payment information on our servers.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, we require a non-refundable confirmation charge of 99 INR. This advance helps us reduce fake orders and Return to Origin (RTO) cases. After placing your order, a sales team executive will contact you with instructions for paying the 99 INR advance. Once this payment is completed, your order will be confirmed, and the remaining balance can be paid at delivery. Orders without this advance payment will not be processed or confirmed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fashion Majesty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the product.

Fashion Majesty reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
